A Collection of Thanks, From the Hearts You’ve Touched

The joy that Little Smiles spreads is felt by so many—from young patients and their families to hospital staff and community volunteers. This space is filled with messages of gratitude from those who’ve experienced the warmth, generosity, and magic of our mission firsthand.

Whether it’s a heartfelt thank you, a story of impact, or a few words that made someone smile—every note shared here is a reminder of just how powerful kindness can be.

Baystate Children's Hospital

"Thanks to the generosity of The Little Smiles Foundation, children at our hospital received toys and comfort items that brought joy and a sense of normalcy during a difficult time. Cash donations like theirs are especially impactful because they allow us to purchase exactly what’s needed, when it’s needed most - ensuring every child feels cared for and supported."

Newton Wellesley Hospital

"Looking at each beach bucket, we could see the time you spent selecting each and every item. Later this week, we plan to distribute them to the various units we support, which include the Pediatric In-Patient Unit (4 South), Pediatric Emergency Room, and surgical areas (Pre-Op., P.A.C.U., etc.). Your donations will bring so much joy and countless hours of entertainment for the patients evaluated and admitted to the hospital. THANK YOU, as we could not do the amazing work we do without the generosity and kindness of people and programs like you!"

Wilbraham & Monson Academy

"As the faculty advisor to both the Titans for Change and Bake Club student organizations, I was thrilled when our young Titans expressed with genuine eagerness their desire to partner with one of our own, alumna Haley Godin, to combine the clubs’ efforts in support of the Little Smiles Foundation. Our membership recognizes the critical work the foundation undertakes, and we are thrilled to both engage in fundraising events and participate in service learning opportunities on behalf of Little Smiles."

"Little Smiles is a wonderful foundation that has provided many moments of joy to our young patients through various holiday baskets and winter holiday gifts. We are very lucky to work with them!"

Past Donations & Impact

At Little Smiles, we’re committed to bringing comfort, joy, and relief to children and families facing serious illness. Over the years, our efforts have included:

Seasonal Baskets delivered to MGH Cancer Center, Newton-Wellesley Hospital, and Baystate Children’s Hospital.

Direct Financial Support for families of pediatric patients currently undergoing treatment, typically through GoFundMe contributions. In 2025, we continued this tradition of easing financial burdens during a challenging time.

Through these initiatives, we aim to offer not just assistance, but hope and encouragement when it’s needed most.

You can help us do even more. Your donation, time, or resources can bring smiles and comfort to a child and their family when they need it most.

We are so grateful for the cheer we’ve brought to so many pediatric patients thanks to your support!
